30-day returns

We have a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, items that were delivered sealed and have been unsealed cannot be returned, unless they are defective.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@niavita.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect — in that case, we cover them.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, ideally with a photo, so that we can make it right. You can choose a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or card provider may need some extra time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contact@niavita.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom

You have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Our 30-day return policy includes this right. To use it, send us a clear statement by email (for example using the form below) before the deadline. We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided proof that you sent it.

This policy does not affect your legal guarantee of conformity (2 years for customers in the European Union).
