Order data is kept for as long as needed to handle your order and any returns, then for the period required by Belgian accounting and tax law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Cookie data is kept for a maximum of 13 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive a copy of it (portability), and to withdraw your consent at any time. Our Services are not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use appropriate measures to protect your information: encrypted connection (HTTPS), secure payment processing, and access limited to what is necessary. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we do our best to protect your data.
